What Freedom Means To Me. . .

With this being the week that we celebrate the independence of the United States of America I thought it appropriate to make some posts this week about our beloved country, freedom and other topics in this category.
For my first post I’d like to discuss what freedom means to me.
Freedom means no taxation without representation.
Freedom means marching arm in arm with your brothers and sisters in the nation’s capital and listening to an inspired man share his “dream.”
Freedom means lending a hand to others when they’re oppressed or otherwise down.
Freedom means defending our country, with swords if necessary, when others seek to take our freedoms away or scare us into remission by flying airplanes into buildings.
My Two Cents: Freedom is what this country was founded upon should be everything we stand for.
